Guidelines for returns
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you may return it within twenty-one (21) calendar days.
Items must be returned to our Returns Center unused and in as-new condition. A copy of the delivery note must be included.
The purchase price and any taxes will be refunded to the method of payment used to purchase the product.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is returned due to a defect or damage. If you wish to return an item because it is damaged or defective, please refer to the “Damaged or Defective Product” section below.
Return instructions
Please follow the instructions below when packing and returning the product. Only if the instructions are followed exactly can we process the return successfully.
- Please fill in this form with your order number and email address.
- You will receive an e-mail from us and can initiate your return. Open the link in your email.
- Now you can select the products you want to return. Once you have done this, you will receive a DHL label.
- Return the item in its original packaging.
- Pack the item carefully so that it does not get damaged during shipping.
- Enclose a copy of the delivery note. We cannot process returns on deliveries received without a delivery note.
- After checking, we will refund your money. (Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded).
