  • 1. Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  • 2. Turn on your device.
  • 3. Check if a the pairing between your SIGMA bike computer and the app was successful (see also our tutorials videos PAIRING TO A SMARTPHONE).
  • 4. If you still do not see a successful pairing/connection between your SIGMA bike computer and the app, please follow the steps below:
    • a. Open the system settings of your smartphone
    • b. Go to the section “Connections/Bluetooth” to view the list of all available or connected Bluetooth devices.
    • c. Tap on your SIGMA device and remove it from the list.
      • i. iOS: Tap on “Ignore device”.
      • ii. Android: Tap on “Unpair device”.
  • 5. Close the system settings of your smartphone and open the SIGMA RIDE app.
  • 6. Open the section “Settings” and tap on “Manage device”.
  • 7. Remove your SIGMA device from the SIGMA RIDE app (swipe to remove a device).
  • 8. Then disconnect the SIGMA device itself by opening the settings menu on the device.
  • 9. Open the section “Connection/RIDE App” and disconnect your device from your smartphone.
  • 10. After following these steps, the pairing process between device and SIGMA RIDE app can be re-established.
