SIGMA RIDE 2.1: New update with multi-point routing and improved user experience
With the 2.1 update, the SIGMA RIDE app receives exciting new features that make the riding experience even more flexible and convenient. From multi-point routing to improved filter functions and an optimised lap view – the new features take the navigation experience to the next level.
Neustadt, 7 March 2025 – SIGMA RIDE users can now integrate several intermediate destinations into their route planning or skip them if required. The new multi-point routing makes it possible to plan intermediate destinations without having to forego the advantages of dynamic routing. ‘With this update, we are offering our users even more functionality and an improved user experience,’ explains Daniel Conka, Division Manager Product Concept at SIGMA -ELEKTRO GmbH.
Further new features in detail:
Extended Search & Go function:
Intermediate destinations can now be added before the start and, if necessary, skipped during the journey – for even more flexibility on the road.
Revised display of the lap view:
The design has been completely revised so that the lap view now appears as a complete overview of the of the entire journey. All relevant data is immediately accessible and clearly structured.
Optimised filter functions:
Users now have the option of filtering by specific criteria such as devices, distance, altitude metres and other parameters – for a better overview of journeys.
Improved 3D visualisation:
The map view is more realistic and lively, especially in cities and more vivid, especially in cities, as buildings and trees have now been integrated, making navigation even clearer and orientation easier.
Compatibility with Apple Health:
SIGMA RIDE now additionally transmits cadence and power and thus enables a more precise analysis of your own performance.

Update 2.1 is now available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
