Your light in the dark
Bright light on dark trails! The BUSTER 800 HL means that nothing is keeping you from nocturnal adventures. Its 800 lumens provide 170 metres (557 feet) of range – and the helmet light gives you sufficient power even on dark forest trails. Five different light modes ensure flexibility with respect to luminosity and battery life. Thanks to the LED indicators on the top, you always have an eye on the current settings and remaining battery life. Five pre-set mode profiles provide greater ease of use. The environmentally friendly lithium ion battery keeps you on the trail for up to 30 hours, depending on light mode.

You can choose from five different modes to adjust luminosity and battery life.
An eye on light modes at all times
From High Mode to Day Flashing Mode, the BUSTER 800 HL offers lots of options for rides in darkness. The mode display shows which of the five modes and which luminosity you are using at the moment during your night ride.
Only the modes that you need
The five preset mode profiles make the helmet light extremely easy to use: You can select the profile that is just right for your requirements and then simply toggle through to the light mode you need at the moment. This is a huge advantage, especially on the trail!
The light with a memory
The memory function ensures that the BUSTER 800 HL lights up just the way it was when you shut it off – in the same mode and with the same profile selection. This makes it easy for anyone to get started quickly.
Battery indicator provides an overview
The LEDs on the six-level battery charge indicator precisely show how much power is left. When the light is off, a short click on the On/Off button is enough to check the battery level. The USB-C cable can charge the environmentally friendly lithium ion battery within four hours. The battery charge-level indicator helps: The five levels show how far the charging process has progressed.
SLIM DESIGN
More visible thanks to Light Guide
The SIGMA logo on the longitudinal sides of the BUSTER 800 helmet light functions as a Light Guide. It is not only a visual highlight, but also provides significantly greater lateral visibility on the trail.
Ideal light distribution
The high-quality, high-power CREE LED and the converging lens developed specially by SIGMA gives the BUSTER 800 HL very even light distribution across the entire lighting pattern.
Firm bracket for ideal fit
The BUSTER 800 HL is delivered with a universal helmet holder that fixes the light firmly to your helmet, ensuring a secure fit – even on very bumpy night rides!
Double-click for light
The big power button is easy to operate, even if you have gloves on. You can turn on the BUSTER 800 HL with a double click. This function ensures that you can put the helmet light in your jersey or backpack without any trouble and without inadvertently switching it back on. A long press on the On/Off button shuts the device off again.
For all-weather tours
The BUSTER 800 HL is resistant to splash water in accordance with the international IPX4 standard. This means that off-road night rides are no problem, even in nasty weather.
