FAQ
- What warranty claims do I have? (BEL2026)

As a manufacturer, we would like to point out that the legal warranty applies to this product. The warranty period is two years from the date of handover of the goods to the end customer. Within this period, we are liable for material defects that already existed at the time of handover.

  Batteries and rechargeable batteries:
Batteries and rechargeable batteries are also subject to the legal warranty. Please note, however, that batteries are consumables with a limited lifespan. This does not include a natural loss of capacity due to use.
- Is a charging cable included? (BEL2026)

Since a USB-C cable is now standard, SIGMA has dispensed with such a cable and also power plugs for ecological reasons. However, both USB-C cables and power plugs are available in the SIGMA webshop.
- Can the lamp also be charged while driving? (BEL2026)

The lamp can also be charged during use, for example with the help of a power bank.
- How do I get spare parts? (BEL2026)

All accessories of the SIGMA lighting systems are available in the SIGMA webshop.
- How do I turn the light on? (BEL2026)

The lamp must be switched on by double-clicking. This prevents it from switching on by itself, for example when transporting it in a bag.
- Can the lamp be charged at any ambient temperature? (BEL2026)

Only charge the device indoors! A flashing red LED indicates that the device is not charging because the battery temperature is outside the safe range. This protects the battery from damage and extends its life.
- How long does the battery of the AURA 70 need to be charged? (BEL2026)

That depends on the power source. With a power plug about three hours, on the computer it can take longer.
- How do I change my light to a different light mode? (BEL2026)

Once the light is on, you can change the current mode, e.g. switch to Eco mode, by simply pressing the power button once.
- What do the bars of the battery charge indicator on the AURA 70/AURA 90 mean? (BEL2026)

The current status of the battery is indicated by the light-emitting diodes (see graphic).
- How do I mount my front light correctly? (BEL2026)

Align your bike light parallel to the ground.
- Are reflectors included in the lamp? (BEL2026)

No, because our lighting is external additional lighting and does not require the prescribed StVZO reflectors for permanently mounted lighting.
- Which accessories are available for which handlebars? (BEL2026)

AURA OUT FRONT MOUNT – variably adjustable bracket for SIGMA front lights on the BUTLER and compatible computer mounts
SCREW BRACKET – tool-free and robust bracket for SIGMA front lights
AERO SILICONE BRACKET – Silicone bracket for SIGMA front lights on aero bars
