As a manufacturer, we would like to point out that the legal warranty applies to this product. The warranty period is two years from the date of handover of the goods to the end customer. Within this period, we are liable for material defects that already existed at the time of handover.

Batteries and rechargeable batteries:
Batteries and rechargeable batteries are also subject to the legal warranty. Please note, however, that batteries are consumables with a limited lifespan. This does not include a natural loss of capacity due to use.

Since a USB-C cable is now standard, SIGMA has dispensed with such a cable and also power plugs for ecological reasons. However, both USB-C cables and power plugs are available in the SIGMA webshop.

The lamp can also be charged during use, for example with the help of a power bank.

All accessories of the SIGMA lighting systems are available in the SIGMA webshop.

The lamp must be switched on by double-clicking. This prevents it from switching on by itself, for example when transporting it in a bag.

Only charge the device indoors! A flashing red LED indicates that the device is not charging because the battery temperature is outside the safe range. This protects the battery from damage and extends its life.

That depends on the power source. With a power plug about three hours, on the computer it can take longer.

Once the light is on, you can change the current mode, e.g. switch to Eco mode, by simply pressing the power button once.

The current status of the battery is indicated by the light-emitting diodes (see graphic).

Align your bike light parallel to the ground.

No, because our lighting is external additional lighting and does not require the prescribed StVZO reflectors for permanently mounted lighting.

After four minutes of “no movement”, the front light switches off by itself.
Using the RIDE app, this can be extended to a maximum of 60 minutes.
