- What is the maximum speed that the bike computer can display?
  
  The speed is displayed up to 199.8 km/h with a wheel circumference set at 2,095 mm.
- When am I entitled to make a warranty claim?
  
  You can make a warranty claim in relation to material and workmanship defects. The warranty does not cover batteries, wear-and-tear parts, wear caused by commercial usage, or accidents.You are only entitled to make a warranty claim if the SIGMA product itself has not been opened without authorization and the receipt of purchase is provided.
- Where can I get the DATA CENTER evaluation software?
  
  The DATA CENTER software can be downloaded from the SIGMA online shop at www.sigma-data-center.com.
- Can I use my bike computer in the rain?
  
  All SIGMA SPORT products are spray-resistant so that they can also be used in the rain. The bike computer is not suitable for use when swimming and is not machine washable!
- Which min./max. wheel circumference can be set as value?
  
  Wheel circumference min. 500 mm
  
  Wheel circumference max. 3999 mm
  
  With the ROX 12.0 GPS, even an input less than 500 mm can be adjusted.
- How do I connect my bike computer with the SIGMA LINK app via NFC?
  
  Make sure your phone has the necessary NFC interface. Enable NFC on the bike computer. Open the SIGMA LINK app and select your bike computer. To transfer data, hold the bike computer to the NFC chip of your smartphone.

- Welke aanspraak op garantie kan ik maken?
  
  Een aanspraak op garantie is mogelijk bij materiaal- en fabricagefouten. Uitgezonderd van de garantie zijn batterijen, elastische banden, borstriemen van textiel zoals bijv. Comfortex, slijtdelen door commercieel gebruik of ongevallen. De aanspraak op garantie bestaat alleen, wanneer het eigenlijke SIGMA product niet zelf is geopend en alleen wanneer het aankoopbewijs overlegd kan worden.
- HOE KAN IK EEN VERVANGING KRIJGEN?

- Do I need a speed transmitter?
  
  The Pure GPS determines speed and distance via GPS. An extra transmitter can’t be used.
- What type of navigation does the Pure GPS provide?
  
  The Pure GPS provides GPS navigation which acts as a compass.
- What do I do if I cannot get a GPS signal on my device?
  
  Connect your device to the Data Center / Link app and run the AGPS data.
- Does the speedometer indicate navigation by route distance or as the crow flies?
  
  The speedometer has a compass navigation. It indicates the route as the crow flies.
- How do I find out if I have the latest firmware or how can I update the firmware on my device?
