Contact information for the reporting of cyber security vulnerabilities

If you have identified a security vulnerability with one of our products, please report it to cybersec@sigma.bike. Please allow 7 business days for us to respond to you and review your report. We will keep you informed about the progress of the troubleshooting until the issue is resolved.

Long-term support

We provide long-term support for our products to ensure that you can continue to benefit from the latest security features in the future. We will continue to provide security updates for at least 3 years after end of production.
